GoodNotes 5 came out recently. There weren’t a lot of shocking changes from the previous version, but a simple steady improvement on what made the original app great. Some of the most useful features in this version include line snapping, better text controls, and an assortment of new templates. Today I’ll be looking at recreating a popular paper planner in GoodNotes.

Technology has driven many people away from working in more analog formats. I'm on my iPad so much these days. It is a rare thing for me to get the effort up to dig out a paper book to write in. That makes the bullet-journalling part of my brain sad. It prompted the thought: How can I have that same bujo experience using one of my most-used note-taking apps, Microsoft Office OneNote?
27/2/2018 0 Comments KonMari-ing: YarnsI've had a huge yarn collection for many years. I love collecting every variation of a colour and coming up with nice colour schemes. I find crochet....somewhat relaxing (counting stitches is a little bit of a drag).
But... I don't do crochet nearly enough to justify the size of my collection. I was at home, in the living room, minding my own business, when the big red blanket caught my eye. Its summer in Australia and yet that slightly smelly woolly mass was still here, sitting on a faux wooden chest and generally getting on my nerves. So I decided to find a home for it, preferably in the linen cupboard.
